1) Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Alyshe Export (“we”, “us”, “our”). We primarily serve B2B/export customers. Due to the nature of international trade, returns are limited and subject to the terms below.

2) Eligibility for Returns

  • Order Type: Only standard, non-custom items may be considered for return. Custom, made-to-order, private label, or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
  • Authorization: All returns require prior written approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us.

3) Return Window

  • Visible Issues / Shortages: Must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
  • Hidden Defects: Must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery and no later than 60 days from delivery.

4) Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, private label, or personalized products
  • Used, damaged (customer handling), or incomplete items
  • Samples and clearance/closeout items
  • Products altered or relabeled by the buyer

5) Return Process

  1. Claim: Email info@alyshexport.com with order number, photos/videos, and a detailed description.
  2. RMA: If approved, we will issue an RMA and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be rejected.
  3. Packing & Shipping: Buyer is responsible for proper packing, insurance, and timely dispatch to the address we provide.

6) Inspection & Resolution

Upon receipt, returned goods are inspected. If the claim is validated, we may, at our option:

  • Repair the item(s), or
  • Replace with the same or equivalent item(s), or
  • Issue a partial/full refund or credit note for the non-conforming portion.

7) Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where feasible (e.g., T/T) or via credit note.
  • Bank charges, currency conversion differences, and third-party fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing time may vary by bank and international settlement practices.

8) Costs, Fees & Restocking

  • Unless the return is due to our error or confirmed defect, return shipping, insurance, customs, and handling costs are borne by the buyer.
  • At our discretion, a restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to eligible returns.

9) Damaged or Lost in Transit

If goods arrive visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery record and document with photos/video immediately. Notify us within 48 hours. Claims are subject to the agreed Incoterms® and relevant carrier/insurance procedures.

10) International Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable. Returns rejected by customs or refused at delivery may incur additional charges deductible from any refund/credit.

11) Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for the same or similar item depending on stock availability and production schedules. Lead times and price differences will be communicated prior to processing.

12) Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: Possible subject to written approval; costs incurred (materials, admin) may be deducted.
  • In Production / Ready to Ship: Cancellations are generally not accepted; full or partial charges may apply.
  • L/C Orders: Subject to UCP 600 and specific L/C terms; bank fees are buyer’s responsibility.

13) Handmade Characteristics & Tolerances

For handmade/artisanal goods, reasonable variations in color, texture, and dimensions are expected and do not constitute a defect unless outside agreed specifications.

14) Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in our Terms & Conditions, products are provided “as is” without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the invoiced value of the specific goods giving rise to the claim.
